Summary:                    No rinback sent to outside caller while SLA 
Stations are ringing
Description: 
When a call is inbound from a SIP trunk, the ousside caller hears silence
while the SLATrunk(xxx) is executing and the SLAStations are ringing.  All
other inbound SIP calls return a ringback to the caller.

Listed as closed due to lack of feedback.  There has been  nothing to add
since prior communications.  Affected system has been upgraded to 1.4.6 and
problem persists.  Calls to any destination other than SLATrunk() cause the
MetaSwitch to return a ringback to the caller, but calls while ringing on a
SLAStation return silence to the caller until either answered or sent to
voicemail.  It can be reproduced 100% of the time.
