Summary:                    DTMF fails when RFC2833 offered by not negotatiated

OS version: Linux 2.6.17-1.1
Asterisk version: Asterisk Now 1.4.0
Broadsoft version: Broadworks Application Server 14.0


When AsteriskNOW offers RFC2833 but negotiates inband DTMF with the
BroadWorks MS, DTMF fails due to AsteriskNOW passing incorrect SDP to the
endpoint
