Summary:                    AsteriskNOW Setup Wizard Glitch - Calling Rules
Description: 
After installation, I ran through the wizard and set the local rule to
begin with 9 followed by 7 numbers, just as it is on default.  After the
wizard was complete, it changed the rule to 9 followed by 8 numbers.  I did
a couple installs for other reasons, and it happened both times.
