only firmware from zaptel 1.4.2.1 loads on the astribank.  kindly see

Firmware reset didn't work because of the older firmware.  I had to wait
the following day for someone to power cycle the Astribank since it's 1.7K
miles away.  Anyways, it's on zaptel 1.4.3 now... Thanks!
