Looks similar to bug# 0009839 but I do not see any error referencing a path
or file.
email i received from this system states:

following error:

I then did an update from the systems update menu, found updates, and did
updates on the sytems. Seems your commands fixed the problem.
Is this something that can be used again if this problem occurs?
