In short: a known bug/feature. Please reset the Astribank to get a new
firmware loaded to match the driver version.

Please reset the Astribank to reload the new firmware from 1.4.3 .
If you ran 'make install' (and have fxload on your system), the new
firmware should then get loaded automatically.

Resetting the Astribank: with the current version: disconnect it from the
power. With the newer version: it is also possible to run:  

  rmmod xpp_usb; /usr/share/zaptel/xpp_fxloader reset

To complete the load after he Astribank has been loaded, run:

  /etc/init.d/zaptel start
