Summary: Asterisk gives segfault
Description:
When compiling this branch on my X86_64 system, asterisk gives me a
segfault. I have a Digium quad PRI card and the latest builds:
libpri: 1.4.3
zaptel: 1.4.7.1
asterisk-addons: 1.4.5
All is fine when running with asterisk 1.4.16.2

The problem is the "app_setcdruserfield" module. I'm not sure where this
comes from, but after installing this new version, this module needs to be
recompiled. That should fix the problem ...
