Summary: 'an-error-has-occured' should be
'an-error-has-occurred'
Description:
I think there is a misspelling in the name file of the sound
"an-error-has-occured". I think the correct name is
'an-error-has-occurred'.
I detect this name in extra sounds package 1.4.7.

Hrmmm... this is an odd one, because if you just change the filename, then
you break existing usage of that file. I guess that means you have to copy
the file to the correct spelling, and then "deprecate" the existing file in
1.6?
