Summary:                    Forwarded voicemail with prepended message replaces
source voicemail
Description: 
If I forward a voicemail to someone and decide to prepend it with a
message, my copy of the voicemail will now contain the prepended message. 
This means that if I forward the voicemail again, it will contain the first
prepended message plus any other prepended message I may decide to record
for a different person.  The voicemail should be modified in a temporary
location, instead of in-place, and then moved to the destination mailbox. 
This is still present in svn trunk.

Since I've fixed this in http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=11615 and since I'm
waiting on testing for that
to be committed, I'm going to close out this one as a duplicate.
