Description: 
Section 4.28.2 of the Bluetooth Hands Free Profile specification says:

"On service level connection establishment, the HF shall always inform the
AG of its current gain settings."

This patch implements that.

fixed in trunk.

only VGS (speaker gain) is set (to maximum) on service connection
establishment as we dont support remote volume control (nor do we need to).
