Summary:                    Saving to IMAP folder (other than INBOX) not working
with Cyrus IMAP
Description: 
Currently, saving a message to an IMAP folder (work, family, etc.) other
than INBOX (new or old) does not work.  We have confirmed this with Cyrus
IMAP only.  This patch passes the mailbox name to the c-client mail_copy()
function instead of passing the entire mailbox specification (which does
not work).
