Hi!

Using Asterisk as H324M Gateway requires correct Q.931 signaling.
Currently Asterisk does not care about User Information Layer 1 signaling
in Bearer Capability IE.

Actually, this patch does exactly that.  It is adding the element to the
ast_channel structure.  I would prefer if you did not.  If you want to pass
additional items along, use the channel datastores to allocate space for
the data.
