Summary: [patch] Properly set caller id
Description:
The caller id assignment process needs to be cleaned up, as only the ANI
value is correctly set.
I'm proposing the following :
- set the caller id within the gtalk_alloc function
file noticed that setting it in the gtalk_new function may lead to
memory leaks : http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=10437
- set the caller id name part, and leave the number part, as there are no
numbers in Gtalk
