Some RINGNOANSWER events in the queue_log are missing member names in
around 10% of the calls to rna() in app_queue.c . SVN 90163, OS Ubuntu

I have not been able to reproduce this, but looking through the code, I
found an apparent way that this could happen. I will upload a patch shortly
for you to test.
