Summary: GUI Removes Context From VoiceMailMain Application
Description:
If the directory application uses the same context as voicemail and
voicemailmain then users can record their names in the voicemail system and
have those recordings be played when their names are found in the
directory. This is great and works fine.
The problem is that the GUI always treats the voicemailmain extension as
being in the default context - which is where it places ring groups,
voicemenus, etc. This means that those ring groups, etc. will be listed in
the directory when it uses the default context. This is often desirable but
not always.
I can change the usercontext in voicemail.conf so that the extensions from
user.conf are considered in another context. I can then change all the
directory, voicemail and voicemailmain application calls to use that
context. Everything works fine.
Until I use the GUI to change the extension of the voicemailmain
application. It will strip out the context and set it back to default.
