Description: 

I just updated from 1.2 to 1.4 and when some people hit "*" to drop to
"a", it causes asterisk to core.  It doesn't happen with all customers.

I was able to find someone else with the same core here:

but was unable to find the bug report.

I removed all the "a" extensions to avoid the crashing.  Some customers are
now dialing into another extension which drops them to VoiceMailMain after
entering their mailbox number.  So far, this has not caused a crash.
