Summary:                    Long usernames doesn't appear in manager or CLI
Description: 
Hi guys,

I've registered a new sip account and sip registry account when I found
some issues that I will explain below.

First. My username have many chars like it:

0123456789123:0123456789 at 172.16.0.75:5060

OR

localhost*CLI> sip show user 123456789123456789123456789123
* Name       : 123456789123456789123456789123

Second. When I run:

1. sip show registry
2. sip show users
3. action=command&command=sip show registry ( by manager )

Then, the username is trunked. 

Thirty. Why this is bad?

Because I have an application using this commands and it need the full
data :)
