Summary:                    Asterisk is not sending the BYE
Description: 
I have created a H323 Trunk between Avaya and Asterisk.
       
Avaya ---[H323]-----> asterisk --[SIP]----> sip client

When we disconnect at Avaya we are getting hangup message in h323_log 
but Asterisk is not sending the BYE message to SIP client.

I found through log that Re-invite for external bridge is not handled
properly.
So I made canreinvite=no.

Now call disconnected normally but we are unable to get DTMF events which
we used to in previous case.
