Summary:                    Provider codec options missing from gui
Description: 
The codec list now only shows u-law, a-law, GSM & G.726 (where are the
others?)
users.conf does state the right codec (dis)allow rules

Dynamic codec implementation. No longer are they
hardcoded, but parsed from asterisk's cli command
module show like codec_.
