Summary:                    GUI Voice Menus
Description: 
It Seems that the voice menus have been stretch out of proportion not
allowing us to get to the "Activate Changes" "Logout" menus on the right
hand side.

I have updated the GUI via svn, done all the compiles and installs,
restarted the server and deleted all private data from my browser and still
get the same problem.

please let me know if i can do something else to test it.

Fixed the Voice menus page, only show the sound
files IF the option is playback or background.
Never any other time. I enjoyed fixing this bug :]
