same pb as http://bugs.digium.com/bug_view_advanced_page.php?bug_id=10084
but in voicemailmain.

it reads extension, then ask for password and repeat the last DTMF of
extension in password:

This is an issue with your provider. The iax2 debug with them *clearly*
shows two frames coming in for the DTMF digit 1. There is nothing that can
be done in Asterisk to fix this because there is no issue there.
