Description: 
The call signalling seems to work OK, there's just no sound. It appears
that the 
accept call for sco_socket hangs till the call hangs up. Silence both
ways.

I tried with the latest SVN and I'm still getting what looks like proper
call signaling but no audio either way. Here's the messages that appear
when I enable verbose on the console after I answer the incoming call:
