Summary: Cannot add SIP/IAX2 service provider
Description:
Trying to add a service provider results in an alert stating: "Sorry, an
entry named trunk_1 already exists!"
The alert message does NOT appear on the first clicking of the "Save"
button; however, the first click does not submit the form. Note that there
is an error reported on the page. (see in steps below)
Steps to reproduce:
1) Log into the Asterisk-GUI
2) Click "Service Providers"
3) I don't currently have any so the list shows: A Service Provider is not
defined Please click on the 'Add Service Provider' button to add a service
provider
4) Click the "Add Service Provider" button
5) Select "Custom VoIP"
6) Enter information for the service provider:
Comment: FWD-852404
Protocol: SIP
Register: (checked)
Host: fwd.pulver.com
Username: 852404
Password: SECRET
7) Click the "Save" button.
At this point the page does not submt and there is an error being reported
for the page:
Line: 1671
Char: 7
Error: Object doesn't support this property or method.
Code: 0
URL: http://192.168.0.7:8088/asterisk/static/config/cfgbasic.html
8) Click the "Save" button a second time (to retry) and an alert is
displayed:
Sorry, an entry named trunk_1 already exists!

Yep... It appears to be an IE bug. I installed Foxfire and there was no
problem adding the service provider on either the install/setup pages or
the cfgbasic pages.
