Summary:                    Transfer from macro hangs up before reaching the
transfered context
Description: 
I updated my Asterisk version from 1.4.9 to 1.4.10.1 along with Zaptel
1.4.4 to 1.4.5 and noticed that my blind transfers stopped working. I tried
to see if it was a mistake from my part on the configuration so I setup
another Asterisk with the simplest configuration posible and it still
reproduces.

I can provide access to the testing asterisk box.
