Summary:                    Permission Problem: Gui ignores: Permission Denied
Description: 
Symptoms of not having the correct permissions in manager.conf is:

When you login, you get redirected to the setup wizard.

And sometimes the buttons (next and back) and greyed out, or "disabled"
(not clickable) 

Is anyone else having this problem?

Greenbox and Weasel00 (in IRC #asterisk-gui) brought to my attention that
my last commit did not fix it.

But it has now been fixed, revision:

Trunk: 1433
Asterisknow: 1434
