Summary:                    [patch] install_prereq script for asterisk
Description: 
Attached a script that attempts to install prerequirements for building
asterisk.

Currently supported distributions are Debian (3.1 and 4.0)  and
CentOS/RHEL 4 and 5. Chances are it will also work for versions of Fedora.

It should be easy to extend it to other distributions.

Current version is for Zaptel as well, and hence the kernel bits. The
packages list for Debian is taken from the build requirement of the Debian
package and hence shoots for a very maximal configuration (e.g: with h323,
odbc, pgsql).

prereq.sh: a script with all the zaptel stuff and kernel stuff.

Pros: it is actually tested.
Cons: it has junk unrelated to Asterisk.

install_prereq: trimmed everything related just to Zaptel from the above.
Requires some testing.
