I receive a hangup cause 18 on the outgoing zap-channel.

example: exten => 52,1,Dial(Zap/g1/52},,)

asterisk version is 1.4.9 (1.4.9+bristuff-0.4.0-test4)
zaptel 1.4.4
libpri 1.4.1
