Summary:                    Provide OPAL support for chan_h323
Description: 
Newer distributions like to prefer to bring opal library instead of
openh323 one, so to be more flexible there should be nice to have "dual"
chan_h323 which supports building on top of openh323 or opal.

I think a lot of people would still really like to see this happen.
