Summary:                    [patch] implementation of store_func & destroy_func
for ODBC
Description: 
This patch implements new RT API calls *store func and * destroy_func.
Those calls was introduced in issue 8118. The main purpose of those calls
is to have a full control over a data in RT storage engine.

I'm going to put the brakes on this, because this is implementing similar
functionality to the ast_storage branch in team/group/ast_storage, although
ast_storage is far more comprehensive.

I'd invite you to take a look at that branch and help move us forward
along those lines.
