Description: 
looks like the fix for http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=10355 has broken audio
quality on polycom phones in
a horrible way....

reverting rtp.c to 77022 fixes it right away.

Increase maximum timestamp skew to 120. 20 was apparently far too low.
