Summary: Using Action: Monitor, if the File argument contain
a dot (.), the call will never be mix
Description:
I'm trying to start and stop record a channel from the manager and I want
the file to be mix at the end. If you use a filename with a dot(.) inside,
ex: the uniqueid, the file won't be mix.

I just tried to reproduce the bugs on two other server using different
version of Asterisk from 1.2 to 1.4 and the trunk. There is no issue,
everything is working fine.

I dunno why on one specific server it is not working but it's not an
Asterisk issue. You can close this bugs, thx for your time and sorry for
the false bugs :P
