Summary:                    app_externalir is missing the E and V commands from
external application
Description: 
When a child application is run by externalivr() command the child
application can set dialplan variables by sending "E,xxx" on its stdout,
and can shutdown gracefully (allowing the dialplan to continue) byr sending
"E,xxxx"

Both commands are missing from app_externalivr.c

Since adding these were a new feature they are only in trunk as of this
time, thus they are not in 1.4.
