looks like the fix for http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=10355 has broken audio
quality on polycom phones in
a horrible way....

reverting rtp.c to 77022 fixes it right away.

ok a little more info sip<->sip calls are ok
sip<->iax<->iax<->sip are bad 
sip<->misdn are bad

but only on the inbound polycom link .... 

me is a thinking that the way sip handles and stamps packets is different
to IAX/mISDN ....
