Summary: ztdummy compiled against 2.6.22.1-41 gives
unresolved symbols
Description:
I compiled zaptel 1.2 svn on a Fedora 7 box with the latest available
kernel 2.6.22.1-41 with USE_RTC=1. modprobe zaptel goes fine. modprobe
ztdummy does not:
FATAL: Error inserting ztdummy
(/lib/modules/2.6.22.1-41.fc7/extra/ztdummy.ko): Unknown symbol in module,
or unknown parameter (see dmesg)

Qwell: it is not related since 5908 is about the powerpc platform (with
funky non-standard rtc implementation) and this problem is on x86. 5908 got
me thinking though. Does ztdummy need rtc.ko loaded? If yes then Houston we
have a problem because I could not find rtc.ko on F7 and F8T1. Not sure but
wasn't rtc.ko recently deprecated in favor of something newer/better?
