Summary: Using Action: Monitor, if the File argument contain
a dot (.), the call will never be mix
Description:
I'm trying to start and stop record a channel from the manager and I want
the file to be mix at the end. If you use a filename with a dot(.) inside,
ex: the uniqueid, the file won't be mix.

I also attempted to reproduce this issue under 1.4 and could not, it worked
perfectly fine with the . in the filename. Can you please provide logs
showing otherwise? Thanks.
