When the external PBX send to Asterisk Block CIC it fails,
FSN: 22 FIB 1
BSN: 4 BIB 1

CIC: 2

Message Type: BLO
[Jul 4 12:54:59] WARNING[10357]: chan_zap.c:8837 ss7_linkset: BLO on
unconfigured CIC 0
Len = 9 [ 84 97 08 85 e8 03 f4 21 02 ]
SAY "BLO on unconfigured CIC 0" when is in CIC : 2 and not 0

Can you try updating libss7 and asterisk to see if it still is a problem.
I think I fixed this already.
