Summary:                    Asterisk terminal feature, ability to run quick
commands from a shell environment
Description: 
This code runs quick and dirty shell commands. This feature would allow
people to do server management commands from the gui.

There are a few caveats:
   * You cant change directories
   * No text editors (no curses).. etc

Attached are patches to the gui and asterisk that add the terminal.html
file and a manager command to get shell output.

I think the next direction is to start working on an asterisk resource for
the GUI, to be able to do these kind of things.

Asterisk will not be weighted down by the module if the gui is not
installed.
