Summary:                    hint stuck on hold when caller hangs up
Description: 
When a call is placed on hold, if the other end of the call hangs up, the
"hint" for that extension will be stuck in the "hold" state.  This hold
state persists even after that extension has completed additional calls.

I believe this was fixed a couple of versions ago, but now it is back.

This has already been fixed in the 1.4 branch and will be in the next
release.
