Summary:                    Recorded Menu not available
Description: 
After recording a menu, I went to add the recording as a "Playback" and
"Background" to one of my custom voice menus.  The recordings I created
were not in the list of available choices on the "Voice Menu", "ADd a new
step" text box when I selected "Playback" to add to the menu.

I had to do a 'find' in a shell to find my recording and then add it
manually by putting "record/MyMenu" in the Web UI.  While the voice menu
works great, I think the UI can be enhanced to include user defines
recordings, otherwise the option to create the recordings is confusing.

if you scroll all the way down in the "Playback" sound options
you can see the Recorded Files listed there.

We can move this top if required.
