Summary:                    The beginnings of CDR support for Asterisk-GUI
Description: 
This patch adds the following for CDR support:

   * Basic configuration for cdr.conf, and csv options only
   * Reads Master.csv file and display it in the gui (no sort yet)
   * Some useful functions
     -> isset (checking if a variable isset)
     -> ast_true (from the asterisk code for reading config files, checks
if a config value is true or false)
     -> ast_false

thanks for getting us started on a critical feature.
Brandon and I discussed about improving this further.
 - like filtering all gui specific CDR entries
 - make sure that the CDRs file is immediately deleted after reading etc
