Description: 
It appears that something that changed in chan_zap.c between 1.4.7 and
1.4.8 is not longer recognizing my FEATB calls:

[Aug  1 16:29:15] WARNING[1496]: chan_zap.c:5725 ss_thread: Got a
non-Feature Group B input on channel 12.  Assuming E&M Wink instead
