Summary: Calls get disconnected during a conversation
Description:
We have several Snom Hardphones on Asterisk 1.2.19, sometimes during a call
(external/internal) it breaks up with following Warning in the Asterisk
CLI:
WARNING[18252] chan_sip.c: Maximum retries exceeded on transmission

Seems to be related to http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=0005215 and similar
bugs - asterisk not being able
to distinguish between different simultaneous sip transactions.
