Summary:                    Crash when restart requested on PRI span
Description: 
When a restart is requested on a PRI span Asterisk seg faults. I can often
make it reoccur shortly after reloading zaptel modules and starting
asterisk.

CentOS 4.4
libpri 1.2.4
zaptel 1.2.18
asterisk 1.2.18

your system is loading much threads. Your kernel don't support more than 20
Threads. 
You will have to change your kernel to support it.
