Is it compatible with tdm400p? I.e. does wctdm driver work with it?

For 8-port card: is it still in production? Having drivers for
out-of-production cards is of lowest priority for me (tdm400p is no longer
produced by Digium, but is still produced in China). If yes, is there a
documentation for it?
