I have zaptel-1.4.6_5 installed and our system runs about 13,000 calls a 
month but only about 10 hrs/mo on meetme.  I have never seen that 
issue.  I also use Monitor quite a bit and I've never seen it hiccup.  
Previously  I was using an older version of asterisk/zaptel on fbsd 6.2 
which crashed about 1 once every six weeks when a user dialed out to a 
busy number.
