Hi all!
I have a test server with FreeBSD 7.0 and Debian GNU/Linux 4.0 (etch).
My problem is that this card works well in etch and doesn't work in
FreeBSD. I have 3 gateways with FreeBSD and I already have asterisk
installed with sip phones working. Now I need to integrate the actual
PBX structure to my asterisk box.
I already tryed to compile the subversion code (obtained via svn co
--username svn --password svn
https://svn.pbxpress.com:1443/repos/zaptel-bsd) and the
/usr/ports/misc/zaptel code. With these two codes my digium interface
doesn't work.
Unfortunately, now I have a big problem. I already have installed an
asterisk server in two BSD's servers and now this servers talk one with
other using the Openfire plugin for asterisk, Spark sipphone plugin and
asterisk with IAX. Now, I need to integrate the existent PBX structure
with my asterisk. To do these, I buy a TDM410P card (that works well in
linux), but doesn't work with FreeBSD. As you see above, when the module
load, the digium pci isn't recognized. I try to download the trunk
version driver, but the same message appears in dmesg. When I take other
card TDM400P (loan from friend), all works very fine!
Now, I send my answers:
1) The TDM410p is supported by current freebsd zaptel driver?
2) If TDM410p isn't supported, you have plans to port the linux driver
soon or not?
3) If you doesn't have time to port this driver, or doesn't plan to make
this port at this time (you need to pay your accounts, and I believe
that you have so much work to dedicate your time to peoples that me :),
my unique solution is change my BSD's gateways to linux gateways, or
change this devices to supported devices. How are these supported devices?
Sorry my very poor english (I'm a young boy, and I start my english
course now).
Thanks for your time, help and your patience. Sorry by your spended time
with my ignorance...
Now, I send any important information to your appreciation/considerations:
