[Asterisk-bsd] isdnconfig: cannot open "/dev/capi20"!: No such file or directory

did you kldload the kerel module that was created? untill the driver is loaded 
and it sees the device it wont build /dev/capi20.

you should compile a kernel with the isdn  into it. and then reboot wiith the 
new kernel
