[Asterisk-bsd] TDM400P - odd issues

Update:  Nothing on the FreeBSD side made it work.  Linux (Ubuntu  
server with Zaptel 1.4.5.1) worked fine the first time.

I'm at a loss as to what I might be able to do to try to move back to  
FreeBSD.
