Well, I'm not sure what I did but it's working now.  I tried essentially I
did everything that was mentioned here, the first couple times I still had
problems.  I've been working on it soo long, I don't remember the things I
changed.  Thanks for your help.

AFAIK, you need only zaptel.ko and ztdummy.ko for timing only.. Correct 
me if wrong. Also it'd be great if we had an option to pick ztdummy only 
option for misc/zaptel port, as portupgrading it replaces the modified 
rc.d script so you have to redo the changes.
