[Asterisk-bsd] ztdummy

cd /usr/local/etc/rc.d
and add the following to the module lines end of line 1 befor the " put 
ztdummy.ko and then at the beginning of the 2nd module line put ztdummy.ko 
after the " save and then reload zaptel and asterisk
